Service Description

We make personalized mp3 tracks to suit your needs. Whatever you require, we can make it happen! Accompaniment and practice tracks, vocal recordings, wedding song arrangements, and more. You will be sent mp3 track(s) made to your specifications (we can provide multiple tracks in different keys, tempos, and with or without vocal line reinforcement). 15 minute booking is to schedule a quick call to go over the specifications of your project and to give a proper estimate.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments made through the site will be confirmed in a separate communication after booking. Should the time you selected online no longer be available you will be informed in that communication and your appointment will be rescheduled or reimbursed if it is not possible to reschedule. The time agreed upon in that communication will be the start time of your appointment. Please arrive on time for your appointment with all of your materials. We cannot guarantee the full length of your session should you arrive late. If you will be late please inform us via call, text, or email. Should you need to cancel your appointment, you must notify the studio at least 24 hours in advance in order to qualify for a reschedule. Any missed/cancelled appointments without at least 24 hours notification will not be reimbursed. The studio will do their best to find a time to reschedule your appointment. If a rescheduled appointment is missed and you do not provide 24 hours notice, it will count as your appointment and will not be rescheduled or reimbursed. If the studio must cancel your appointment for any reason, you will be notified as soon as we know of the conflict and we will reschedule your appointment or refund if it cannot be rescheduled. For in person meetings: If weather conditions are bad, it may be necessary to close the studio; if this is the case, we will inform you as soon as possible and reschedule your appointment or change to an online format. In some instances the studio may remain open and operational, depending on the severity of the conditions. Please call us if you are unsure if the studio is still open.
