About Stacy Jolena Collins (B.Mus w. Hons, R.M.T.)
Stacy's arts education started at the piano at the age of four, and continued as a lifelong exploration of voice, piano, dance, and drama across diverse settings.

Her formative years were spent doing piano and voice lessons, singing in choir, performing in stage and musical theatre productions, and dancing in various styles. It was clear to her mentors that she was well-suited to education and they were generous in providing opportunities for her to teach within the various institutions she participated in. Having the opportunity to learn how to teach all of these art forms from a young age has fostered an exceptionally well-rounded pedagogical method that can be applied easily in a broad range of settings.

She further deepened her knowledge and skills at the University of Toronto; earning her Bachelor of Music Education with honours in 2015, majoring in voice and piano.

Post graduation, Stacy's dedication to music education led to the establishment of Stacy Jolena Studio in 2018. Beyond her studio, she has taught as a Vocal Professor for George Brown College's Ballet Jörgen Commercial Dance Program, and is a Conductor at the Canadian Children's Opera Company. She also frequently collaborates with various Toronto institutions and community groups, such as Scarborough Music Theatre, sharing her multifaceted skills as an educator, coach, performer, music director, accompanist, and more.
