About Stacy Jolena Collins (B.Mus w. Hons, R.M.T.)
Stacy blends her passion for music and education to provide enriching lessons at Stacy Jolena Studio. Her journey, beginning at age four, has been an exploration of voice, piano, dance, and acting across diverse settings.
Her formative years were spent doing piano and voice lessons, singing in choir, stage acting and musical theatre, and learning how to teach all of these art forms. She further deepened her knowledge at the University of Toronto, earning her Bachelor of Music Education with honours, majoring in voice and piano.
Post graduation, Stacy's dedication to music education led to the establishment of Stacy Jolena Studio in 2018. Beyond her studio, she is a Professor at George Brown College's Ballet Jörgen Dance Program and a Conductor for the Canadian Children's Opera Company. She also collaborates with various Toronto institutions and community groups, sharing her multifaceted skills as an educator, accompanist, director, arranger, and performer.
