This was totally different than I was expecting and I kind of loved it! I wasn't sure if having it be based in such a different time would make it less interesting or more and I think it was the latter. I thought the music was quite fun and the comedy wasn't too boring or predictable. Definitely one that I would go see in person if they ever revived it again (although, I know the last one in 2001 didn't go well.)
